CP in view of the FO memo on concurrent adjudication

Can someone pls throw light on whether CP is a good option to go with in light of the new memo on concurrent filing. They are saying that with concurrent filing you will have I140 and I485 approved in 8-10 months. Whereas if we go with CP it will be say 8 months for I140(NSC) and 6 months for one to get an interview so it takes 14 months to get GC through CP. So in this scenario isnt AOS a more attractive option(Provided USCIS is able to approve both I140 and I485 in the times that they have promised). Pls throw some light on this??. Would really appreciate your comments especially Joef and other senior members of this forum
