I wonder someone might help with some answers. My I-140 has been approved
and i am waiting for packet 3. I got laid off from my employer\'s client.
Eventually, my packet 3 will be sent to US Consulate in London before I am called for an interview.My question is since I lost my job from the client, what are my options for the paystubs and Employment verification
letter from my employer since they are required during the interview,
right! Please don\'t tell me I have to start all over again.
What are my options, please !

I am sorry to say my freind, you are done. You are finished in USA. Without job, no greencard for foreign nationals.

Habib---Don\'t be so blunt! I am still with the employer, the only thing is that they are not paying me. I can still be on the payroll when i find a job. I have not received my packet 3 and Ihav enot got to the CP interview yet, so I hope things are still ok? Has anyone had
a similar experience?
