I'm researching CP vs i-485 processing. I've checked the threads and I can't figure out some stuff. Maybe someone out there can help me...

Still waiting on approval - I understand processing for this case is taking longer than what BCIS says is their norm. But then all our cases are...
I'm Canadian and used to live in Toronto before moving to the US. I was hoping CP will speed up this process for me.
-Is the Montreal Consulate the only one that does CP for greencard or can it be done in Toronto?
-Do the Canadian Counsulates accept the AC I-140?
-How do I confirm this?
-I have heard it is taking about 5 months - what are your recent experiences?
