Hi,
Two questions:
1) I won DV this year and got married. I'm F1 holder and I'll be doing CP interview in my homecountry with my wife. My wife's father is US citizen and he can give us an I-134 (affidavit support). Is it ok if he puts my wife's name on I-134 form and mine as her spouse? Or I-134 form has to be addressing the primary winner and not his/her spouse?
2) What other documents the supplier of I-134 should provide? W2/1040 forms, employer letter, pay stubs, bank statement, US status evidence? Are all of those mandatory?
