we are currenlty in the process of deciding either to go with 485 or CP. we have pretty good job security. spouse will be graduating soon (have OPT left).
what is the time difference between CP and and 485? we are in Ohio so we will be going though Nebraska. we will be getting the CP through Sri lanka.
when will you get the employment authorization from the time of the 485 application.
