Hi all,
I opted for I-485. It has been pending at the black-hole (I mean, TSC) for 10 months now and I was talking to IIO there and she said "I won't get my FingerPrinting notice in near, forseable future". I was simply doomed/frustrated/disapporinted...... and seriously started to switch to AC-140.
My home consulate is Mumbai. As per my understanding, I will have to file I-824 and wait for receipt of notice. How long it will take to get the CP interview/approval?
Is it a good idea to switch to CP or just wait/hope and pray to receive approval from INS?
