What to fill in item 10..
which says ..That I have submitted visa petetion of the Immigration and Naturalization Service on behalf of the following persons..If none state none..
In my case i am the primary applicant and my wife is dependent for whom i am makeing this I134 ....do i have to mention her name in this item ...

Also item 8 ..
The following persons are dependents on me ...wholly and parrtly

i guess thats where i put my wifes name and wholly dependent
