CP-->AOS any delay?? any folks please comment!

Folks,

My I140 shoud be just a few days away for ajudication(I hope so).
I opted for CP on I140. It looks like that AOS in VSC is moving
pretty well these days. I am re-thinking about wether I should go AOS instead of CP. My question is that:

Does CP->AOS switch result in any delay, relative to normal AOS?

One of my friend opted for CP and send docs to Chennai May 01 he got interview now this month 15 th at Chennai Consulate.

It took around 4 months. So decide your self.

If you want I can give his number but he is coming by end of this month.
