CP for TSC with substitute LC

Hi,

My company doesnt want to file I-485 along with my I-140 since I am using a substitued LC. Does it make more sense to opt for CP in chennai or wait till I-140 is approved and then file I-485. I still have two years left on my H1.

I need an answer ASAP, please help.

I am not experienced in this GC stuff.
But I have filled I-140 (Substitution) @ Texas. My attorney wanted me to come to U.S (I am in U.K currently) and file I-485, so that both I-140 and 485 can be processed concurrently. (So I guess there is no hard and fast rule that people filling I-140 using Substitution method shouldn't use Concurrent processing)
But I have opted for Chennai CP, just to speed up the process.
