Hi, I filed my I-140 NIW (self-petitioned and approved) but was laid off even before I-140 approval. Afterwards, I returned to my home country but unable to find work let alone in my proposed endeavor. I am concerned about my CP interview, how would this unemployment of ~24 months impact my case. Any suggestions?
