Hi,

   Wondering what is the best way to reach TSC. I am not able to get them during
   business hours and after hours, the automated system asks for a 13 character
   case number. I only have our Alien Number.

   We entered in US in July (Detroit) and neither of us have received the cards.
   I send TSC a fax about 3 weeks ago, but no word from them.

   Can someone suggest someother means of communication. What is that number
   they are asking as a case number?

something wrong with ur case.so better call TSC asap.u have to keep dialing the

TSC no for an hour atleast continous..no other easy solution.i tried whole day after freq interval and atlast I got around 3pm their time.so i think mid of the week evening time may be better time to call.even after it got connected they put me on hold for 45mts before the IIO answered the call.so it is really frustrating and painful but we have to do it.once u got the SRC# we can check the status thru AVM.When u call give ur A# ,IIO will give u the case status and SRC#.
better check ASAP.its too long time for CP case.
