Cp dilemma

I got my rir eb2 approved recently and i am in vsc for gc
I intend to apply for Cp(naw delhi) route for i-140 onwards, but we are expecting a baby in mid september, can i do the cp by myself and is my wife(H-4, dependent)allowed to purse it at a later date

Since the process has changed now You might get a date after Sept only ..but apply for i140 now

your I140 application goes to VSC not to consulate

As Iamforcp has mentioned. Get your I140 done (select CP when you apply). You can plan your CP interview according to when you want to go. Also, you can have separate interviews for yourself and wife.
