I have applied for CP in Delhi. According to the NVC recording our case was completed on 8/27 and was sent to the US Embassy, New Delhi.
Is there any way to find out if the papers have been received by the embassy ?

You can find out the status by emailing or calling the New Delhi
Consulate.

I concur with Raju. Just wanted to add on to it by saying that some threads in this forum may say call only between 2-4pm Indian standard time on M-F but this is not true. You can call M-F between 9am-4pm IST. Also wait for at least 2 weeks after your P3 file has been mailed to Delhi coz it takes about 1 week to reach and 1 week for someone to make an entry in the delhi consulate system.
 
aabhas, I have a question for you - How long did your packet-3 review take at the NVC and when did you send them over to NVC ? The reason I am asking is because I sent mine for review over a month ago and the review is still not done!!!

Appreciate your inputs.
