My PD is Jan, 2006 and I have been applied via CP even though I am in U.S. However, it seems that my sponsor company is struggling. Will it affect my green card process at all if my company is closed? Can I change my employer?
If I want to switch from CP to I-485, where do I file my I-485? NVC or USCIS?
