CP and Labor subsitituition

Hello,

If I am using labor substituition for I-140, what do you think is the better option AOS or CP?

Does any one have any experiences with CP interview with labor substituition?

Do you think I should worry about extra questions if I am showing substitute labor approval in CP interview?

Any help shall be appreciated.

It does not make any difference...

Labor certificate is about your job- not you. So, as long as you have the minimum qualifications listed in the certificate, you are good to go either way.

Once you clear the I-140 stage you need not worry about the
labor substitution.

I speak from experience as mine was a labor substitution.

LC Substitution

Mine was also a LC Substitution. Got I140 cleared and now waiting for Interview date in Chennai for CP.
