hello, i'm in my 7th year of h1b which expires sept 2007. my lc got cleared in dec 2006 after 2 years. i am going for i-140 premium processing which should be cleared by end of feb 2007. if i go for consular processing can i still be able to renew my h1-b for another year if my interview doesn't come by then? what are people's experiences at mumbai us consulate for consular processing? thanks so much for your help.
