Hello folks! ours is an interesting situation and I need your urgent help.
My company X processed GC for me and my wife is a dependent on my petition. My 140 is approved and also applied for 485 during July 2007.
We both were issued EAD's and AP's. I am still waiting for my 485 Approval.
My company X also processed a GC through Consular Processing for my Wife and I am a dependent on her petition. Her 140 is approved recently and we received a note saying that the case was shipped to NVC for Visa Processing.
In this situation, if we get a consulate appointment for GC, will the consulate folks make an issue on our cases saying that we already filed AOS. Please advise!
