cover letter for the consulate

Hi,
Do you guys have a sample copy of how the cover letter should look like if I go for AC(Attorney Certified) i-140?
If anyone of you have done AC I-140 method or have some resources regrading what the letter should say ( to convince the consulate) then that will be great!
In terms of hardship,which they say you have to project in the letter,i don't really have any . However,my I-140 came after a 10 month wait which i would like to project as my hardship.
Any comments??
 
ya..I have already seen that! But its just a template. I would liek to know more about how you write the inside material . Basically,what will be a good reason to convince the officer?
Also,do I as an individual write the letter or the attorney needs to write it on my behalf?
