Hello, my wife and I are concerned with how we should title our packet to NCIS given our situation. A quick overview: My wife entered the US with a tourist visa (B1/B2) and has overstayed (is still living here). We are now married (I am a citizen) and we are filing for her to be granted conditional residency and the right to work.
We have two objectives. We would like to have her status adjusted, and I would like to petition for her to obtain conditional residency and the right to work. How should we title our packet so that it is handled fully and correctly? Should we title it "I-485 Package Original Submission" or "I-130 Package Original Submission". Or, does it matter?
