I have sent my application material to my lawyer for NIW petition. He is going to submit it for me. Wish me good luck!
Now, after reading the threads here, it seems that I should try my luck with EB-1EA category too. I haven't talked with my lawyer yet about filing for EB-1EA. Since I already have all the documents (my lawyer has already looked at my documents) that I am submitting for NIW, I am wondering can I use the same documents to file for EB-1EA? If yes, should I talk with my lawyer about going for EB-1EA too or just do it myself? The only thing that I missing for EB-1EA is the cover letter. Can someone please send me their cover letter (after deleting the personal details) so I can start working on it. I searched the forums, but couldn't something good. If it is there, may be I missed it.
I really appreciate your help as I take my first steps on the path to the eventual dream, i.e., US citizenship.
