Courtesy approval notice - please advice

My I-485 has been approved and I got a courtesy approval notice. Can I use this to get my passport stamped. Since I don't have good relationship with the my old employer who filed for my green card, it might take a longer time to get the original approval notice as the attorney will not hand over the document to me directly. Gurus - please advice.

Courtesy copy for stamping

I did use the courtesy copy for my stamping. Had similiar doubts. My attorney said, they normally dont send out their copy.
There was no problem at all. Please see my post under July 2002 traccker at the end.

The courtesy copy would defenitely be sufficient. Don't worry.

They need only your copy. They don't ask for the copies sent to the lawyer.
