Hi

When you obtain court disposition document for a ticket or citation. It says “case dismissed after mandatory traffic school” so my question is how do you write on N-400 under OUTCOME? Is this enough to write just “Dismissed” and show or explain IO about how it was dismissed during the interview? If we just mention “Dismissed” and attach copies of disposition document with the N400 application, would it work? Your input will be highly appreciated!

You can always send in the documents along with N400, although it is not required. Might save you some time during the interview.

I would not equate DISMISSED as being the same as DISMISSED AFTER TRAFFIC SCHOOL. So basically you are acknowledging mistake, but are not being penalized for it. Sounds similar to probation.

I do not have N400 in front of me ... can't you say the whole phrase as it appears on your court disposition?
