Court and prison records

Hey guys small question,

I was convicted to a fine in 2005 and it also came on my sheet. At the interview you have to present "Court and prison records". Is the statement from court with what you've been accused of and what the "sentence" was enough? Or do they mean something else with 'court and prison records'?

I think as far as what I learned from here yeah get the records from the court and police department also be prepared to explain them what has happened. I am sure they will want you to explain.
