1. I am sending a Money Order ($275) with the application. Will that be okay and Who should I write it to ?
Money order is fine. Make it payable to "Consulate General of India, NY"
2. I am writing "This true Copy" and signing all the copies (Indian and U.S. Passports ) . Will that be sufficient ?
Please advise...
I wrote "True Copy" and signed and dated the photo copies of the documents. My application was accepted and OCI was granted by CGI,NY.

Is the $15 fee for postage and handling sent separately? Is it ok to include it with the $275 or is it sent later when the passports are sent in?
You can send $15.00 fee later along with your US PP after your OCI status shows documents recevied at CGI,NY.
