Couple of LUD changes - Not sure what it means

Noticed couple of LUD changes on both of our applications on 08/27 & 08/28.

Message changes are bit confusing:
My Case: Message says case transferred to TSC (similar to original message before LUD changes)

Spouse Case: On March 20, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

Any thoughts guys what does these message changes mean? Especially message on my spouse account is little wierd about mainling some document on Mar 20. whereas it is now August. And this message is recently changed from original message which was transferred to TSC.

I have the same message but no LUD and my case looks similar to yours. Normally LUD means good sign that Officer is reviewing your case.

My Case: On March 20, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on file.

Spouse Case: Message says case transferred to TSC and pending standard processing

This was the message I got when my Transfer notice returned back to USCIS due to the Address Change (that I did thru Online system) that was not updated on USCIS side and USCIS posted me back to my new address.

I don't know what does it mean to???

Stuck in NC since 04/05.. Never tried any help ( eg. Congress man/FL) to influence NC process...
Except one time info pass enquiry back in O7/07.

Please share your experience, if you have LUD
