Hi, my spouse and I are not living together currently. He is aware of my current address, and I still visit his address of residency. The AOS interview is in 27 days, so we should have enough time to sort this out. We've lived together for 5 years in his current address, but I moved out at the end of 2010.

My current driver's license address is not the same as his address. However, I have a previous driver's license that has not expired yet to his address, and we have proof that we lived in the same address. Will the USCIS know that I have another driver's license if I show them my old, but unexpired, driver's license?

What is the deal here...
1. I'm assuming someone filed for AOS after getting married to a USC right?
2. Why are you not living together?
3. Are you intending on misleading USCIS that you live together since you do not?
4. You moved out over 6 months ago... there must a trail of paperwork out there showing that you changed your address -
such as a new DL.
5. If your relationship has turned sour, maybe you should work in fixing your marriage first before you get yourself in big trouble with USCIS. Maybe you need to post pone your interview date or something so that you can salvage your marriage first.
Do not go to the interview and lie that you live together since you do not. USCIS will skin you alive if they happen to catch you in a lie.
