A mexican couple friend of mine entered the country illegally and now they want to leave the country voluntarily. First what kind of documents other than a passport do they need to leave the country by plane?, are they going to be asked how they entered the country? since obviously they will have no stamp or Visa on their passports and What are the chances for them to get a visa to visit the USA in the future. Would this illegal stay in the country show up somewhere hindering their attempt to get a Visa to visit in the future.

Did they enter with a visitors visa or did they swim accross the Rio Grande ?

If they never showed up on the INS radarscreen, their best bet is to quietly leave the country without turning in their I94s. When they try to get another visa, they will have to lie about the time of their life they spent in the US illegally.

I don't know why people do this kind of thing. It makes things so much more difficult for the people that go by the book.

(not legal advice, in this case it would be more of an illegal advice anyway)
