Me and my wife are both in H-IB and we are currently going into our 4th year this May 2006. Our lawyer suggested that we both file separate PERM application to be able to extend beyond 6 years. Is this the only option we have?
I am also planning to change job (from accountant to teacher), I already passed the teachers content exam and will be qualified to teach next school year (august 2006). Is it wise to change job at this time?
