Hi,

I am a Burmese studying in the UK. I am trying to fill out the DV lottery form but I cannot find UK in the 'Country where you live today' drop down list. I would be grateful if anyone could advise me on this?

Without access to the form, asking the equivalent of the IT guy's "is it plugged in", can you confirm you are looking under the full name and not the abbreviation?
