Country of eligibility

Hi

I am born in a country which is eligible (left 27 years ago from there).
Now I live in country which is also eligible (have citizenship, passport).

I have more chances (statisticaly) to win the lottery if in the field for Country of eligibility I put the country I live. (I was doing that until now)

What should I do?
Which country to choose?
