I am currently on H1B and completing my 6 Years in Jan 2006. My previous company H1B approved was till May 2006. and when I applied for present company they approved till Jan 2006. Fewer five months.
I don’t know why that should happen?
What should I understand exactly from this?
My first H1B approved in Feb 2000 but I came to USA in May 20 Th, 2000 and started working from May 21 st 2000.
I visited India for two months for family visit.
My 6 yr will count from Feb 2000 or from May 21 st 2000.
Will this two months out of country for visit can be deduct from 6 year count or not?
