We Have filed for GC in May 04, have EAD, AP and 485 filed in July 07.
We want to R2I. I am looking at the possibility of counsulate green card processing since my priority date is way back in May 04
This September 09 , the dates of EB3 were retrogressed to April 01 and I dont think getting GC in an year would be possible. We have been wanting to go back to India and we are working on Counsulate processing for our GC.
My employer in India remains the same as here. My husband is dependent on my GC and he is not with the same employer.
Is Counsulate GC successful?
Can counsulate processing negitively affect the case.
If anyone can throw light on this it will be greatful. We have a offer in hand , we want to go back ..just scared to take such a big step, leaving everything behind. We have to give them reply in a day or two.
