Counsler Processing for wife.

Hay folks, a quick question.

Lets says i get married 2 days before my i-485 get approves, then i guess my wife will be eligile for counsler processing, which will take 3 to 6 months for her to get GC.

Am i correct?

i would guess so, as long as u have filed a revised Biographic information form . (only my opinion)

Yes, if your marriage date is before your approval day she will be eligible for consular processing. You don't need to update your biographics information. All that matters is the wedding date on your marriage certificate.
