I'm planning to apply for GreenCard in Perm and hopefully get my labor and I-140 in few months. I'm planning to go back to my country. I have heard that I can request for Counsler Processing for I-485. Is it true? How does it really work? At what time I can apply for that and is there any particular reason I have to mention?
