I have a question for all of you knowledgable ones. I am finishing up my J-1 waiver later this year and am pursuing green card through my wife who was J-2 before but later got a job on H-1 B.
Her employer sponsored her premanent residency.
Do I have to get any documents from my employer other than paystubs and W-2 to go for the interview? We are doing counselor processing in New Delhi.
Packet 3 has been sent to NVC. hopefully interview should be in about Jan 2005.
Any expert comments about the Interview in New Delhi.
Does the birth certificate from the Embassy hold good?
