I have a few questions regarding recent development:
1. My I-140 was filed with nebraska in last week of March. Still no reply. Are there anybody in same boat ?
2. Now my attorneys tell me that they can file for I-485/or Cousellor processing. Any idea which is advantageous?
3. Clearly there will be a rush for I-485 filing as both can be done simulteneously. Are there any cases where CP process GC isuance was rejected ?
