I would appreciate if you could answer my queries.
Q1) I am working in USA on H1B and have applied for Canadian PR. Can I choose to attend Consular Processing interview for US Green cad in Canada(staying in US)?
Q2) When I go for my Consular Processing interview in Canada then do US or Canada cause any legal problem like...they may say that now I have 2 PR(US and Canada) (at the time of CP interview) ?
