Hello folks my questions areas follows:-
Q1) I want to apply my GC with Counceler Processing.Can I attend interview
and medical examination at a consular post in US if I am legally in US (H1B)
at interview time?
Q2) If I have applied for Canadian PR then where can I choose to attend CP
interview ? A consular post in Canada or my native Country(India) or any one
of these?
Q3) If while I am maintaing my Canadian PR and I have to give my Counceler
Processing interview in Canada then do US or Canada cause any legal
problems like...then I would have 2 PR(US and Canada)?
