My spoke to my lawyer a he says my labor certification was forwarded to the Atlanta DOL on April 11th 2003. But when I requested him for a case number he says:
"Case number is given only when we get either a decision or request for additional evidence. Six months wait."
Is this true???

I dont think so. Once it is forwarded to DOL you should be getting a case no. This is to my best of knowledge. Please check with someone else also.

Was it cleared at state SESA and' then passed to regional DOL office?

yes, my lawyer said it was forwarded to the Atlanta DOL from the GA SESA on 11th April 2003.
