Hi,
My company filed for I-140 after LC approval in June, 2002. The education/experience evaluation contains an issue: The experience stated is 6 months less than what I actually have + some of it contains wrong dates: The evaluator goofed up by not following my resume correctly. Anyway all this has been submitted already. Could this pose any issues during I-140? I have submitted experience letters says that I have 39 months of full time experience. The evaluation says I have only 2.75 years of experience. I am very worried and don't know how to tackle this problem.
The same evaluation report was used for my first H1-B petition, it's extension and also the Labor Certification and we had no problems so far.
Please offer your opinions.
