I have been to the INS office at the Arlington. I had gone off 395 and don\'t remember the exact address of the facility. It is on a shopping plaza (very strange location) and the board on the top says INS Service Center.

Anyway, me and my wife went there on Nov. 00 and there were very few people. Arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time. Approached the receptionist, he verified the FP notice, asked for EAD and Driving Licence. We filled out the form (very poor copy asking for name, address, alien number and stuff). Within 15 minutes we were called by a person to be FPd. The process took 35 minutes in total and was straight forward.
