I recently got 485 approval emails. However I did not receive the notices. Seems, I did not call the 800 number after filing AR11 when I moved and my case was pending. I called INS,and the lady told me to call back after 30 days as they cannot do anything in the meantime. My atty did recieve one set of approval notices which were forwarded to me. The notices say I need to wait to receive Biometric scheduling notice, which I am sure will not receive due address problem. Meanwhile the att'y is advising me to go ahead and schedule Infopass App't.
Has anyone been in a similar situation?? If so please advise.
1) Are the approval notices snt to att'y considered Ok for all purposes or do I have to have the ones sent to me direct??
2) Are the notices for Biometrics sent to att'y also??
3) Is Infopass thing seperate and parallel process to the biometeric, meaning one is independent of the other??
4) What goes on after I get the schedule? Do I go in for an interview?? If so what should I take and what are they going to ask??
5) what is the lead time for Infopass app,t?
I will greatly appreciate if someone could help me with these questions.
