Has anybody applied for iEAD in Norfolk, VA? May you share your story with me? I would really appreciate it.

By the way, the question is how to count 90 days after filing I-765 application, based on RD, or ND (RD is earlier than ND)?

Can somebody help me please? Thanks a lot.
