could somebody help with interview?

i heard from the IVR that my file was transfered to san jose
for an interview to be scheduled. could somebody with experience
please let me know why this happened, and what happens during the
interview? why is it not just a request for furether evidence,
but an interview? i\'d appreciate any help.

My law firm, USABAL, wasn\'t much of a help at all. I\'m actually
frustrated with them.
