could someone tell me how long does it take for NVC to send the "AGENT OF CHOICE" letter? i am schedule A worker and my PD is feb 14th,2005. as per current bulletin, the schedule A category is CURRENT. my I-140 got approved in march 05'. i have been calling NVC and for the last month and a half , they say my application is under review. hope some one can shed me some light on this issue.
