Me and my spouse case has been approved today. I just checked the online status.

I was worried to death about my EAD expiration as EAD expires Nov 25th and renewal was sent last week only. I am not sure if checks have been cashed cause my lawyer sends them. I can find out if somebody is interested.
My spouse also joined a new job today and we were worried that he might face problems with EAD. I also planned to go to India beginning on December and I had no AP and with EAD problems, it seemed like a risk. But now everything is cool.
I wish everybody Happy Diwali and good luck in green card processing. I started coming to this forum when My I-140 was stuck for about 8 months at VSC and was contemplating Consular processing. It is been great sharing information and similar situations/experiences.
For 485, I was checking online status two times every day since last month I guess. I called IIO couple of times during the whole processing. Once was for FP and lady said she will make sure I get FP notice soon and I did. so a big help there.
After that, once to change address ( I moved within two miles ).
Once was more than a month back probably, she said my case wasn't being worked on and I confirmed my changed address.
Most Recently, about three weeks ago, lady said I should hear something within two weeks.
Today, I checked the online staus as a ritual in morning and hoping to see something as a Diwai gift but it played same old message.
Then I checked again now without any hope and was surprised to see it approved on Nov 4th. I checked my spouse case to be sure and his is approved too.
