Hi All:
Just wanted to know if anybody faced the following situation:
My father was waiting for his oath call. Today we received a mail stating that, since he did not attend his oath appt that happened last week, they will re-schedule his oath appt for someother time.
But the fact of the matter is, we never got an appt notice. Doesn;t this sound strange? Did this happen to anybody? Do you know if we have to do anything on our side to get back into the list? Will my father be penalized for the thing that was not in his control?
