Could my FP notice be lost in mail?

My ND for I-485 is 09/03 for a concurrent filling of I-140 (employment based) and I-485 and my I-140 is approved. I live in the state of NH and my application is pending at VSC. I have not yet received the FP notice. Meanwhile, my husband who has a derivative application based on mine but lives in OH has received a FP notice for fingerprinting next week! I fear that my FP notice is lost in mail. Given the responses on this forum, the FP notice may not have been sent yet!

Does anybody know what can be done if indeed the FP notice is lost in mail? My husband's FP notice says that if he does not respond by a certain date, the application is considered abandoned!

check with the attorney. They should have got a copy of the FP notice along with you.

Else, I have seen people discuss in these chat rooms, that you can go with your spouse for the FP. Make sure u both take the I-485 recipt and tell them that you should also have gotten the FP notice. They should take ur FP.
