Arrived in USA 1997 - applied for green card. Remained here illegally, so paid INS $1,000 fine when I applied for AOS. Received EAD in July 2002. Went to work for sponsoring Company in Jan 2003. Will the IRS red flag me because it took me 6 months to commence work for sponsoring Company? Previously was working for 4 years with another company, & they requested I stay with them till end of 2002. Concerned about RFE when they ask for my W2.
Could it be a problem?
