If a person applied for a greencard process with a company he/she is not working with currently. Could there be a problem in getting I485 approved? The person is working with the same qualifications as were filed in Labour condition application. I-140 was approved. What kind of problems could be there during I-485 stage? Your response will be highly appreciated.
